Photovoltaic power generation project was connected to grid and generate energy in Meihekou. Jilin

 25MWp photovoltaic power generation project, contracted by our company, for Meihekou Zhongcheng Yinxin Photovoltaic Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., was officially connected to grid on June 29th. 2017. It is the first photovoltaic power generation project that uses a modular intelligent substation design in China . Our company undertook the overall design, procurement, construction and grid connection procedures of the step-up substation and photovoltaic district.

Project Scale: A new 66kV step-up substation was built, which adopted a combination of steel structural building and prefabricated cabin. The photovoltaic area combined forest sunlight complementation (22MWp) with animal husbandry sunlight complementation (3MWp). As a“630”project, it only took 112days and the detailed schedule as following:

•Project was officially launched on March 11th 

•The initial drawings were published on March 27th 

•The final drawings were published on May 15th. 

 •All equipment has furnished on May 30th. 

•The subsystem was debugged on June 15th.

 •The grid connection procedure was dealt with on June 28th

 •The grid-connected power generation has been put into operation on June 29th.

 Faced with difficulties in complex design schemes, numerous procurement tasks, poor construction conditions, and cumbersome grid-connecting procedures, our EPC team members relied on their cutting-edge technology and exquisite craftsmanship to install devises, debug systems, connect to grid and so on. While adhering to high quality and safety first, ultimately. the project has reached a remarkable result. Company leaders highly valued the project. During the process, the chairman, general manager and deputy general manager went to the site to conduct and coordinate the tasks. All the members have worked day and night, contributing to "630" victory. According to this project, we gained valuable EPC project experience and cultivated a group of professional EPC project personnel.
