Group building: Forging an elite design team, creating a brilliant corporation

"Forging an elite design team, creating a brilliant corporation" group building by CYG Design in 2017 was initiated on September 17th. In the morning, we took a trip to Yingyue Lake and had an all-day outdoor training. All staff were positive in the team activities including team style show, stealing dream space, paddling ship and so on. According to this group building, Company’s cohesion has been dramatically enhanced by consolidating team integration, team collaboration, team consensus and culture recognition.

We held a one-day quality training in the second day. Managers have given reports and explanations on company’s different aspects, as following:

•Corporate culture of CYG Sunri, given by the assistant to general manager of CYG Sunri

•Marketing, given by the head of EPC project 

•Future development planning for CYG Design, given by the general manager

•Team culture, given by the vice general manager

  Indulged in Huanglongxi’s cultural rhythm, we opened our hearts, listening carefully and benefited a lot. This group building not only strengthened our inner communication, forming a united team, but exercised the team spirit that mutual cooperation and promotion.
